01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mint33, an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating in Malaysia. By accessing the mint33 website at mint33.best, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and mint33 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first use our platform, whichever comes earlier.

Mint33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of the mint33 platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use mint33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mint33 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
• You are an individual registering for your own personal account, and not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You are not currently listed on any self-exclusion register or active gaming limit programme on any gambling platform.
• You do not fall within any category prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable to you.
• You are using the mint33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial purpose, money laundering, or fraudulent activity.
• You are registering and using the account from a location where the use of online betting services is permitted.

03Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mint33. Owning more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The required details include:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card or passport
• A valid date of birth
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid email address (if requested)
• A unique username and password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account remains your responsibility until you report a compromise to mint33. 04Deposits & Withdrawals

Mint33 only accepts and processes payments via approved Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted methods include:

• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX – Maybank2u
• FPX – CIMB Clicks

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20. Deposited funds will be credited to your account in under 2 minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. mint33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit and take less than 5 minutes for e-wallet methods. mint33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or in cases of suspected irregularities.

Mint33 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and you will be notified within 24 hours.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mint33 platform — including Sports Betting (football, Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, tennis, and more), Live Casino, virtual sports, slots, and blackjack — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• The minimum bet is RM 5 for most markets. Specific minimum or maximum limits may vary depending on the sport, market type, and membership tier.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your bet slip carefully before final confirmation.
• The odds displayed are those at the time your bet is confirmed, not any odds that may change after confirmation. For in-play bets, the odds accepted are those at the time the system processes your wager.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within the stipulated period (typically 12 hours for most sports), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical error that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, mint33 reserves the right to void the affected bets, even if they have already been confirmed.
• Accumulator: if one or more selections in an accumulator slip are void, those selections will be removed and the combined odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.

For Live Casino games and slots, all outcomes are final once a round or hand is completed. mint33 will not entertain disputes on the grounds that a player did not understand how a game works — it is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Mint33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, accumulator multiplier bonuses, and special promotions tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Rollover requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Mint33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that a player is exploiting or abusing a promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the stated validity period ends.
• The accumulator multiplier bonus value depends on the number of matches on your slip: 3 matches earn +10%, 5 matches +25%, and 7 or more matches earn an additional +70% on top of your base winnings.

07Acceptable Account Use

Your mint33 account is for your personal use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance without prior notice:

• Sharing or lending your account to another person
• Using an account to facilitate betting on behalf of others (acting as an agent)
• Using insider information or an unfair informational advantage to gain an edge in betting
• Initiating or participating in match-fixing or manipulation of sporting results
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits or betting activities
• Any form of money laundering through the mint33 platform
• Spreading false or misleading information about mint33 to the public

All activity on the mint33 platform is monitored. We use advanced behavioural detection technology to identify suspicious patterns and will cooperate with relevant authorities where necessary.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Mint33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
• Confirmed fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Requests by relevant legal authorities
• Responsible gaming protection requirements

If your account is closed without any confirmed breach, your real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting mint33 customer support. Accounts closed at the player's request cannot be reopened within 30 days without sufficient justification.

09Privacy & Data Protection

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mint33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions – wagering losses are an inherent risk that users accept when using the platform
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond mint33's reasonable control
• Losses arising from security vulnerabilities caused by the user's own actions or negligence (e.g., sharing passwords)
• Internet service disruptions, device issues, or technical problems on the user's end
• Betting decisions made based on information or statistics displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to be inaccurate due to third-party data errors

In all cases where mint33 is found liable, our maximum total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

11Responsible Gaming
